Privacy notice
This notice explains what we keep when you write to us, what we use it for, where it is, and how you can have it deleted, as Costa Rica's Law 8968 on the protection of personal data requires.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we keep
Only the details of people who write to us or agree that we write to them:
- your name;
- your business's name;
- your WhatsApp number or your email;
- if you ask for a preview, also your town and what your business does.
Nothing else. This site has no forms.
3. What for
To reply to you, to talk with you about a website for your business, and to make the preview you asked for. We never sell your details or give them to anyone for their advertising.
4. Where they are kept
In the services we use to work:
- WhatsApp (Meta), where we talk;
- our email;
- our internal contact list;
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site;
- where needed, an outside technical team that makes previews and websites on our behalf, for that purpose only.
Several of these services keep data on servers outside Costa Rica.
5. Do you have to give us your details?
No. Without your WhatsApp number we can't send you the preview on WhatsApp, but we can talk by phone or email instead.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see your details, correct them, delete them or withdraw your consent, on WhatsApp or by email. We delete them when you ask. If you don't want us to write again, tell us once and we remove you from all our lists.
7. Cookies and statistics
This site uses no cookies and no measurement tools.
8. How long we keep them
Previews are deleted after 14 days, or sooner if you ask. The details of people who did not go ahead are deleted after 12 months.
